Reason for choosing G-cluster XR
The COVID-19 pandemic posed significant challenges for property viewings, as infection control measures made in-person visits difficult. Additionally, opportunities for business negotiations decreased. In response, we transitioned to online business negotiations. However, these virtual meetings had a much lower success rate than face-to-face interactions due to the difficulty of visualizing the properties effectively.
To address this issue, we explored tools that could facilitate virtual property viewings without requiring in-person meetings. We chose to implement G-cluster XR, which enables users to virtually walk through properties and experience them in detail. Moreover, we were able to reach customers in more distant locations, significantly increasing the number of business negotiation opportunities.
